This project is a revitalization of the Carnegie Library in Middletown, OH. The Library will be revived as a community senior center that will have new-build senior housing in the adjacent sites. The senior housing community will be comprised of 24 living units centered around a well-kept courtyard that connects the housing to the senior center. The main design ideas are community, service, and engagement.
